  1. Faith is not a feeling.

  1. Faith is not a “blind leap”

God  is not expecting us to trust him with no proof that he will come through. He gave the Israelites the cloud during the day and the pillar of fire at night, while they were in the wilderness. Why? So they would know that he provides.  Even in the hardest season,  we can see our God has brought us through before and he will do it again!

What does Faith mean in the Bible?

In the Bible, it is defined as, the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews(11:1) Meaning we believe that God keeps his promises. Knowing that he is who he says he is and can do what he says he can do.

We have faith because we trust in who God is. He is good and he does good.
